The Kinetica TouchandTell app is a survey capture tool front-end for Touchworks Kinetica CX managment platform. Surveys of any length or style can be configured via the Kinetica platform management portal and then loaded into the Kinetica TouchandTell app to allow customers to then capture feedback data for that particular survey.
